Mazda CX-5 export FAQ
Minimum order quantities, shipping routes, payment terms and documents — the questions buyers ask before their first order.
Mazda CX-5 export FAQ
What is your minimum order quantity?
One unit. We support trial orders and small quantities, especially for new partners, and scale up to multi-container orders as your business grows.
What can you buy from us?
We supply new vehicles and used vehicles from China, including fuel cars and new energy vehicles. We help buyers select models based on budget, market demand and local usage conditions, not just what is available. On this site we focus on the Mazda CX-5.
What is the delivery time?
In-stock vehicles: shipment can be arranged within 10 working days after payment. Custom or specific models: delivery time depends on sourcing and preparation. Please contact our sales team for a confirmed timeline.
Which brands do you supply?
Besides Mazda, we supply brands such as Toyota, BYD, Jetour, Voyah, Great Wall, Geely, GAC and Chery. Ask our sales team if you want to combine other models with your CX-5 order.
Which countries do you ship to?
We ship globally, including the Middle East, South America, Southeast Asia, Africa and more. Our main CX-5 markets include Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Qatar, Oman, Jordan, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan and Chile.
Are the vehicles left-hand drive (LHD) or right-hand drive (RHD)?
Most vehicles we export are LHD. The China-built Mazda CX-5 is supplied in left-hand drive. For other models, RHD can be supplied on request, depending on availability.
Can I mix different models in one order or container?
Yes, mixed-model orders are accepted. We help optimise container loading to save on shipping costs — for example, combining CX-5 trims and colours in one 40HQ.
What payment terms do you accept?
Payment terms are set out on the proforma invoice. We work with T/T bank transfer, and L/C at sight can be discussed for suitable orders.
What is the difference between an FOB and a CIF quote?
FOB (Free On Board) covers the vehicle delivered on board at the Chinese port of loading; you arrange freight and insurance. CIF (Cost, Insurance and Freight) includes sea freight and marine insurance to your destination port. Both follow ICC Incoterms® 2020.
How many Mazda CX-5s fit in one container?
Usually two to four units per 40HQ container, depending on the loading method (flat floor or two-tier racking). For larger volumes, Ro-Ro shipping is often more economical. We recommend the method per order.
Can the vehicles be inspected before shipment?
Yes. We check every vehicle before loading and send photos or video at each milestone. Independent third-party inspection, such as SGS, can be arranged at your request.
Which export documents will I receive?
Typically the bill of lading (B/L), commercial invoice, packing list and certificate of origin. Additional documents your customs broker or homologation agent needs can be prepared on request.
Is the Mazda CX-5 available as a hybrid?
Not in the 2024 and 2025 China-market range, which is petrol only (2.0L or 2.5L). For the all-new 2026 CX-5, Mazda announced a 2.5-litre petrol engine with Mazda M Hybrid mild-hybrid assistance in some markets; we confirm the specification per allocation.
Do you supply used Mazda CX-5s?
Yes, on request. We source used units through domestic dealer and fleet channels, check your country's age rules first, and inspect each car. Some markets, such as Chile, do not generally allow used passenger-car imports.
