Can I import a used Mazda CX-5 from China?

It depends on your country. Many markets set an age limit for used imports, and some do not allow used passenger cars at all. Chile, for example, generally prohibits used-vehicle imports under Article 21 of Law 18.483, with limited exceptions (Chilean Customs, Oficio Circular No. 70).
